Perfect for photos. Highest restaurant building in Europe... Restaurant slowly turns around the tower, one revolution each 45 minutes.

The view from the top of the tower is wonderful. Security checks were very very accurate, but in these days i do understand why ;-) the entrance is permitted only at fixed hours and in big group. the tour takes almost an hour. there is a guide (a young man) that explains you what you are seeing and how it was built and so on, but unfortunatly the explanation is (as usual) only in russian :-(
