A famosa resort hotel apartments were appallingly maintained. The rooms were horribly musty, I couldn't even enter the room, the carpets are really old and I cringed to step on it. The bath was dirty and stank, and water gushed onto the floor due to a huge leaking hole, the water from wash basin emptied into the toilet bowl, so it was quite disgusting to see dirty washing water in the toilet bowl. I nearly got sick staying there, and had to cut short our stay from 2 nights to just 1 night. Food in the coffee house was passable, had no vegetarian choices,. Staff were friendly and understanding of my difficulty. Even showed me several rooms before I finally decided on one room which was marginally less dusty. The daily cleaners were very kind in cleaning up my bathroom as we requested. I thank the staff for good treatment and service ,and trying very hard to make my stay reasonably fun despite the difficulties.

Lack of basic facilities within the hotel rated as 4 stars. It is also not clean. The blanket has smell. Lobby doesn't have info or guides and maps for guests to the surroundings for us to find our way within the whole resort. And how can a 4 star hotel without even wifi in the rooms. I don't mind paying for the extra wifi service but there is none at all unless you go to the lobby to get free wifi. If there are so many people crowding in the lobby to get wifi service, won't it be over crowded and uncomfortable?

Very bad. Super bad. Will not recommend to anyone. Poor maintenance of the facilities.
