My review may be lower than the place deserves but I can only comment on my own singular experience. The coffee machine was broken and so they said they couldn't make a cup of tea for my wife who wanted a hot drink. Why they don't have a kettle as backup I have no idea. We both ordered fish and chips which after 40 minutes I asked about and was told that the kitchen was unaware of - despite my having paid for it. I was given a free pint and I managed at length to convince them that the kitchen could boil water for tea but the food wasn't amazing when it did arrive. "Triple cooked chips" were pale and not crunchy at all, I'd be surprised if they got more than one cooking! All in all, for a drink this place is a great stop on the walk along regents canal. Hopefully you have better luck with the food and my experience was them on a bad day.

Men's toilets closed and men using the women's it was disgusting so I left

Definitely over priced. The portions aren't big and the meet of the Sunday roast was hard.

Rude staff. They made mistake with reservation and essential told us to leave early. I am esp unhappy as I was with three small children.
