The only reference to Tibetan Buddhism, Nyingma tradition in Bangalore. Hosts a very open energetic environment, supported by enthusiastic and experienced young crowd, making it very approachable in terms of open discussions, investigations, philosophical investigations to anybody who wishes to know and understand more about not only on Nyingma tradition but on any branch of Buddhist practice, and its comparison with any other type of spiritual practice in general. I absolutely recommend it to anybody who wishes to wet his feet with spirituality, meditation, and in general wishes to have a more positive approach towards our daily hectic lives.

A very helpful place for learning meditation and studying Tibetan Buddhism. At the same time we learn how to deal with day to day pragmatic issues and concerns of life.
