Bad ambience, lousy Management, receptionists are badly trained. There are so many great places in Whistler. Don't waste your time and money on this one.

Pour service and lousy management. Located in an out of the way basement which would be suitable to park my truck in but not relax. Would recommend going to another spa in Whistler as there are lot of great ones out there.

Chose this place because the prices were attractive for a resort spa. Looks nice from the website but the place is a hole-in-the-wall in a parking garage. I sat waiting for the massage to begin a long time, and the massage itself wasn't anything to speak of. Was fully exposed several times during massage & facial. Signature facial was not as advertised; did not include peel, just lots of rubbing lotion on and off. I highly recommend you choose somewhere else for your spa services!

I had the best massage and facial package here as a gift from my fiance. Lovely little spa that you wouldn't even know existed if you weren't looking for it. Very quiet and peaceful because it's away from the main streets and the treatments are just amazing. Best massage I have ever had and best facial I have ever had! I was so relaxed I fell asleep on the heated table. I didn't want to leave and ended up booking the same thing again for next week!
