Too much hype, but for a very BIG REASON. This is the legendary burger joint, and their choice are always great! The only problem is damn line which is never ending.

I haven't been too this location in years but they still offer great service. I ordered a double double without onions and some French fries and I forgot to add no cheese as well so I'm in the drive thru but to pay for my food told the cashier I think she was the shift supervisor not sure but very nice young lady I told her what happen she had me wait for a few minutes off to the side while my food was being modified got my order few minutes later and them burgers were delicious definitely will come back even if the lines are long

Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to the first ever Dom-In-Out (TM, copyright, patent pending) meal. We have replaced the buns on the Double Double with slices from a Dominos thin crust pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, making it perfect for all you health-conscious carb counters. I have included step-by-step instructions and photos to help you create this glorious masterpiece. Step 1: Purchase Double Doubles Step 2: Purchase Domino thin crust pepperoni/jalapeno pizza Step 3: Remove buns from Double Doubles Step 4: Apply extra sauce to hamburger Step 5: Place pizza slices (pepperoni facing in) where hamburger buns used to be. Yum.

It’s an average sized In N Out, serving average In N Out burgers. But I would absolutely kill for an average In N Our burger now that I’m in an area without any In N Outs! Good quality is amazing for the price. Buns toasty, meat freshly made on the day itself. Any special requests are easily accepted without fuss. I hear Animal Style burgers are the thing nowadays. Mustard sauce added to the buns and fried for a longer time Service is alright I guess, food was made in an acceptable time. 5/5 recommended!!

Love in-n-out the food is consistently delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful . This one is pretty big and it was hard to find a seat at first. I had to wait to find a seat but got one. I think I just hit the end of the lunch rush. Can't wait to go back.

I go to this location every Sunday morning when they open at 10:00am on the dot. It's quieter, faster, and a more of a peaceful experience. I advise to do so only if like having a heavy breakfast and if you don't like crowds.

This location is always filled with college kids and High school kids, kind of fun to see what will unfold. The staff here are incredible they as a part time job deal with kids fighting so they are super hip. The security are really cool too. You will enjoy this in N out never a dull moment for sure

I had the worst experience as an American citizen today. My mom was born in Florida, but is from Italian and Cuban descent. My dad is from Texas, but has ancestors from Mexico and Peru. I am proud to be a second generation Hispanic American CITIZEN. I have a darker complexion that makes me look Native Hispanic ( and I love my dark orange-brown tone). Yesterday, a white worker at In-N-Out had the AUDACITY to come up to me at the soda fountain and asked me "Do you want Horchata instead?". I shut down that racist comment and said "No I rather have milk, and maybe it'll blend in with your pale skin tone". I know that I shouldn't have answered that way, but I was furious to hear someone treat me that way. Then i got to thinking, this kind of thing happens every day to a Hispanic immigrant who comes to this country to get a better life. Kids are being separated from their families. Discrimination is going on more often then it should. Like I said, I am an American citizen with rights in this country, but I much rather live in a country of poverty with a bunch of "rapists and drug dealers" than to live in a country where I am being judged based on the language I speak, the way I look, and where I was born. What happened to "This land is your land, this land is my land"? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE USA. This country, has become literal hell.

This is an amazing in n out! Some of the spots can have bad vibes workers but this one has stellar staff! They don't make you feel guilty about asking for more sauce...

Unfortunately, I'm changing my review because on 2 of the last 3 visits they've gotten 1 thing on each of our orders wrong making our food inedible. And this time we made her read the order as she handed it to me AND IT WAS STILL WRONG. [Best burger in this, or any, Universe. You can get a costlier, fancier, or bigger burger, but not better. Period.]

They really need to improve the set-up of this In n Out. Been here a couple times. There's very few spots for parking which makes the drive-thru line incredibly long. A good note on this visit though, my walk-in order To-Go came very quick (3 numbers before me), and it was delicious.

The employees are so very friendly and helpful! I has a very pleasant customer experience. Please note that the entrance to the Drive in is the same as the entrance to the Public Parking, and it curves to the left.

I would really like to find an Inn and Out that I could rate 5 stars but as good as the food is they can't seem to get our orders right and though it is a minor inconvenience, it doesn't rate 5 stars. The people are great and I know they are trying but a little more attention to detail and I won't have to pull onions off my son's cheeseburger and they will actually give us strawberry instead of chocolate shakes. Love you guys so help me give you 5 stars next time
Kenji Everitt 2018-05-18

The only reason why this location gets 4 outta 5 stars is because the wait is ridiculous. Not because the employees are slow, but it’s such a small location for such high foot traffic being that it’s right next to the LAX. That being said, In N Out is my favorite fast food burger joint, and this one has a one of my favorite views, while eating you can watch the airplanes land pretty much right over your head! I brought my kids here and they LOVED it. I recommend getting your food to-go and eat on the grass across the street to get the best view of the planes!

Staff is great, always friendly and even-tempered despite hectic crowds pretty much all the time. The place is packed! A sign of the quality and value of their burgers and fries. Always yummy. FYI: Going in and ordering at the counter takes just as long as waiting in the long car line...
August Canaille 2018-04-24

I suppose In and Out is a pretty good, but my review of only 3 Stars is predicated on hte fact that it is SO hyped up. Now, it is a good burger, but nothing to scream home about. I had the 3X3 with peppers (banana peppers) and fries. They yell out your order and everyone scrambles up to the front. This is fun, but in a way it sucks because you could grab someone else's food (which I did), or someone could grab yours. To be fair, I was there on a weekend in Santa Monica when it was PACKED, so I couldn't expect any less. Great place to people watch!

This is a California original that's always busy. I thought those locals didn't eat red meat but you wouldn't know that looking at the long line of cars in the driveway. I took my niece here when she visited and she'd heard about this place and wanted a burger. It's very inexpensive and quality is high from what I'm told. I don't eat beef. My niece loves beef and touted this place.

I'd just like to take this time to express my appreciation for this restaurant and all the good it's brought into my life. What would I do without the incredible feeling of pride and insidership I get from waiting 16.5 minutes for my food surrounded by other like-minded honey drones? It is equivalent to the height of human pleasure. Hats off to In-N-Out Burger, my favorite place.

A friend told me this was a must have burger. & It was worth the trip. Nothing to write home about and the burgers on the East coast are definitely better. ( five guys) ( ketchup and mustard) ( Shady Glen) but I did enjoy it and eat the whole thing

You possibly cannot visit California and not try In and Out Burgers. That would be a blasphemy! These burgers are legendary and they deserve every bit of the hype. Firstly, they are super super reasonable for California. Heck, if you just got a Double Double burger, you would be pay under $5. Now that's a pretty sweet deal. Meals are around &7-$8. Also, always always have it Animal Style. Just take it from people who have tried it. It elevates this burger to get the Oscar of Burgers!

You cannot go wrong with an In&Out Burger. However this spot is usually always busy with the cars lined through the parking lot. The staff do a pretty good job of coming up to the cars as soon as they can. The wait is not as long as you'd expect.

Gets really busy due to local UCLA crowd. Delicious burgers, fries, and shakes - can't beat the price either. Line for drive-through forms down the street during regular meal times. Nice outdoor seating in the front of this location too.

I love In-N-Out Burger. I don't eat burgers very often, but if I was going to make an exception this restaurant is where I would go. The only downfall is that they don't have mayonnaise as an option since I have acid reflux and I can't have any of the sauces that they have. I always ask for it dry and I take it home and put my own mayonnaise on it. I also asked for the fries crispy. When I feel like I want to treat myself this is where I go.

Employees are pleasant and accommodating. I requested fried mustard... the employee helping me asked if I wanted onions... raw or grilled. I appreciated the prompt. The long line of cars and people at 9:00 p.m. is truly a testimony of the success of this family-owned, decades old business. Thank you for quality fare at an affordable price!
