The Church of Saint Laurentius (Laurenskerk) is a must see when you are visiting Rotterdam. It is the only remainder of medieval Rotterdam. It was built between 1449 and 1525 and miraculously survived the bombing of Rotterdam during World War II. While the city was burning, this church remained unaffected.

Interesting looking. The sign at the door says suggested donation for entries, but we were accosted by a woman who said we had to pay, so we left.
