Try to ask for free upgrades and you might just get one like me! Amazing view with really friendly staff. Sky bar is a must go at 84 storey high. Don't forget the 360° revolving deck at the top of the building with breathe taking views of Bangkok!!
Hotel reception service was extremely bad. After confirming thrice with the reception for my total cost of the 3 rooms, I finally paid and was happily waiting for my rooms. However, all of a sudden, I was asked to pay another 3000 baht. The thing that annoyed me the most was them not calculating the final price correctly before asking me to pay.
Then they got their manager to come speak to me. Instead of being apologetic, the manager kept asking me to pay up. Not even a single apology was given, and he was even pointing fingers at me when speaking. Extremely rude and unprofessional service from the manager, no wonder normal staff can't even do their jobs correctly.
The breakfast served was the same everyday. Food was salty and I had the hardest noodle ever.
Definitely would not go back there ever again, their reception will just totally spoil your mood upon reaching Bangkok on the first day.
