We took the Penang Hop On Hop Off to the Blue Mansion but was declined entry. We came in a group of 5 kids, 2 senior citizens and 4 adults. No matter what, we were not allowed to enter and had to wait for more than 1 hour under the sun for the next tour to commence. We do hope that the management can relook into allowing visitors from afar. And to put up this information with Hop On Hop Off so that visitors do not waste their time and could plan their journey accordingly.
