Not only a great barbacoa joint out the beaten path but the owner roasts the food in a underground oven. We were lucky enough to have tried the tacos de barriga rellena....... so they take all the organ meat and place it in the stomach of the lamb and slow stew it underground for hours with amazing spices and dried chiles until fork tender. The result is an incredible flavored dish that goes well with tacos. Do not come here for a fancy restaurant (it is not, very simple), come here for the real Mexican flavor
