Walk in service was very good. I tried to order online but never got a confirmation. So when I walked in my order wasn't on file. Explained that I tried to order online but never got a confirmation so wasn't sure if my order was accepted. Manager was very accommodating. Accepted my order and got my pizza in 15 minutes.

less than a one star in fact negative stars. they said to wait one hour then i called them back n they said 20 min still didn't get my pizza n wings n they are only less than 5 minutes away from my shop. really bad customer service. in fact i didnt get pizza n wings .

Papa Johns should all be the same. However the Nuuanu location in my opinion pizzas are better, their crust is better. Flavor is much better. It's not like they're in a huge rush although the pizza does come out pretty quick. They take the time.

Was in the mood for pizza and wanted some Papa John's since I remembered how good it was before but workers were very rude and disrespectful. I walked in and was trying to order but the man working there made me feel embarrassed when ordering. The man responded with harsh comments and I'd say I felt attacked. At least the pizza was good but I'd never been so offended by anyone like that. Gonna have to say I'm never going back to the location again.

The workers are so nice, comfortable when we walked in the first time. We are up in age, never walked in a pizza place, though we don't live under a rock lol, kind of embarrassing not know how to order since there's so much selections. Anyway, the worker helped & made us feel comfortable. Want to say thank you PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA, & delecious!!!

I have been ordering from Papa Johns for more than 5 years now. I like their pizza but the customer service that I received today was one of the worst... This cashier named Aaron charged me 8 more dollars, then started making the pizzas carelessly. I ordered 4 pizzas, and 3 of them are a disaster. The ingredients are spread very unevenly.... He was rude and did not even apologize for charging me 8 dollars extra. A different employee apologized for him... I dont think he washed his hands before making the pizzas either... If you decide to visit this place, make sure they charge you the correct amount and tell them to put some effort in making the pizzas. This is food that another person will be eating...

Papa John's never lets me down here. Ordered carryout and was able to pick up in about 10-15mins. Lady processing my order was helpful in providing additional parm, pepper, and napkins

Watching NFL today (12/16/17) and Papa John's advertised "Any pizza for $10." I called the local Papa John's (1646 Kapiolani Blvd.) to place my order and they said, "That deal is Mainland only. Large specialty is $18." That's a total rip-off. I say, "Bait and switch." I said "No Thanks!" and hung up the phone.

Always Pleasant people you can't leave without smiling quality of food & and deals are great. After my last visit read the end of this paragraph I would like to give cheese sticks another chance,~ scared waste money>Delivery has been excellent I usually choose to walk in that's very clean and comfortable. Last visit disappointed don't get the cheese sticks there's no cheese on them said what do I got to add extra double cheese this is it I want a Cheesy cheese sticks. Not happy, bummed. Dried bread & where's the garlic and butter... I still want some good cheese garlic butter sticks but I'm scared to order them again threw most these out the birds have fun

One star for good tasting pizza. ZERO for the employee who answered the phone and sighed at my 3 simple questions then replied with such an irritable tone. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life! It's so disappointing. Lousy employee should get fired. Sorry Papa John's. Please hire people that promote your business.
