Place: would give 5 stars nice set up and decor. Host: would give 0 stars, she walked us to the table and ran away, wait staff found us 15 minutes later. Wait staff: would give 5 stars, our waiter 'Jeff' was great. Now the main issue Food !!!!!!! Portion: NEGATIVE 10 STARS, ordered some yuca fries order came with 5 fries on the plate for $7.00 dollars........ RU kidding me 5 fries on a plate !!!!!!!! Also ordered a anticutcho "heart" plate came with 2 pieces of fries and 6 pieces of heart " each piece is about 1 1/2 inch".......... Five people table paid 150.00 dollars and ended going In &out burger to really eat. Food has no Peruvian flavor what so ever, real Peruvian food have flavor, this place is a BIG JOKE.

Fresca had delicious food, cocktails and house-made soda. The two Peruvian items we ordered off the kids' menu were just as delicious as the items from the full menu. We ordered the lomito, paella, ceviche and yuca for four adults and a kids' plate for each child - there was plenty of food and we didn't need a to-go box.

The quinoa is unreal good. A bit pricey at $20. But it's not a dish you will find just anywhere. Been there twice already.

Loved the trout. I've never had such a flavor packed trout dish before. Served on a hot cast iron platter in a fajita kind of style, but with Peruvian flavors.
