I had the pork belly tonkotsu ramen and cheese gyoza (wanted to try something that sounded different). The ramen was delicious! The cheese gyoza was not what I had expected. Basically was cheese (mozarella I believe) inside of gyoza wrapper, deep fried. Food came out very quickly. Small restaurant with maybe something around 20 seats. I believe you can do take out, but not 100% positive. I also tasted the special (hot soba), which was also delicious. I think the gyoza is made in-house and was oishikatta. Go there now.

Chefs Ramen is the best Saimin restaurant I've have ever been to. We were late getting to the restaurant and they were closing and they stayed open until we got there and let us eat in. What a place. Stayed open just for us. Bless there hearts. And there Christians! Two Shakka's up!
