One of the worst services ever received. We asked for a Sprite that always is served opening the bottle on the table, not here, they brang us two glasses served inside in the kitchen and catched by hand from the top not even a server tray to bring the glasses. Knife eating no fork serve at that restaurant, then they bring us the octupus but not took out the forks yet we said them and five minutes passed and not fork served so we asked a second time and finally we achieved the reception of a fork. (I uploaded the picture of that situation) Meanwhile a couple arrived on the following table they asked for a paella, it was said that they should wait 25 minutes. We had early asked for a pizza and grilled salmon. After we ended the octopus more than 20 min passed and no pizza arrived neither salmon was getting out. Finally when the paella of the following table arrived we decided to leave paying the octupus a thing im regretting to had done, specially after that embarrasing situation. It is really one of the worst experiences in a restaurant i've never passed. There's a common said from Barcelona locals that Pl Reial food and les Rambles is overprissed but i wasn't expecting such a bad service.

Great food, good service, very nice location. They serve better Italian food than spanish (everything was very good except the paella)
