Whoever opened up this burger joint doesn’t know the first thing about burgers and has never tasted a real American burger. We ordered our burgers medium. We received tough meat that wasn’t even seared. The burgers had been clearly cooked from frozen. You have to sear meat to get a crust on a burger that releases all of those flavor molecules due to the Maillard reaction (look it up if you don’t know what it is). They don’t even know how to do fries. The best fries are par-boiled and the fries twice. That way they’re soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
