Very unfriendly and unhelpful front of house staff, off site manager Sonny also not helpful at earning our business. Considering that they charge double fees and much more than their neighboring company one might think they would work harder on their initial impressions. We left after a terrible passive aggressive initial customer service experience so we can't speak of actual flight/jump crew. I wish I would have done a little more research before initially committing to this company so we could have saved ourselves 2hrs of time. Most people are only in Hawaii once in a lifetime and I would not recommend you spend it with this company.

The staff here is accommodating and friendly. The tandem instructors are calming and confident. The camera guys are excellent...especially sasha! The views are incredible and worth every penny. A must visit if you want to skydive.

The manager of this place named Sunny is extremely rude. I had booked online months in advance. When I arrived I sat through the safety videos and then I found out that the wait time was a couple hours until I would be suited up. That is completely understandable with skydiving but I had something afterwards and I didn't think I would be done in time, so I decided not to wait. The safety video said that a full refund will be provided to you up until the point where you get suited up. I went back to the desk to ask for my money back and they would not return my deposit that I made online. The employee at the desk was apologetic and gave me the manager's number and said he might be able to help me. I gave him a call and I asked nicely, explaining the situation, but he immediately raised his voice at me. He became accusatory and said it was my fault that I'm impatient - I was merely in Oahu for two days and I had other things I wanted to see. I just didn't have the few hours to wait it out. I explained to him that the video says you will get a full refund if you do not suit up, which I did not do. He immediately started yelling at me over the phone saying it was my fault and his company didn't make the video so he doesn't follow that protocol. I started crying after the call as I've never been treated with such disrespect by an employee, nonetheless a manager of a company before. I would avoid this company at all costs, you can't trust what they say, and therefore I wouldn't trust them with my life.

I went here in1993 for a sky dive. Very friendly and very helpful staff. I did a tandem jump, I with the added complication that I am a paraplegic. The staff were able to get me in the twin-engined plane, sitting on the floor just a couple of feet from the door. We jumped from 12,000 feet (from where you can see the entire island!), and free-felled 10,000 ft, opening the chute at 2,000 ft. Just as I landed the staff were able to grab my legs, keeping me off the ground. This was an experience you'll never forget!
