WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We got to the site for our 10:30 time and sat around all day. They organize it so that you're going to have a 2 - 4 hour wait (so 4) to begin with; we sat around for 5 and a half. When it was finally our turn, we got up in the plane and circled for half an hour only to come back down. They decided to close. Beautiful weather all day but they didn't get us up before they started to worry about the weather, even though our instructors thought we could have jumped, and shut down. In addition to our group, there were 4 groups after us who obviously didn't get to jump either. The jump instructors seemed nice and experienced, but I am very disappointed in the management, their method of organization, and how they treat their customers. They were rude to us when we tried to politely express our disappointment. We understand that the weather can be unpredictable, but it was beautiful all day and it boiled down to a complete lack of respect for our time. It was our final day in Hawaii and we spent 10:15-5:00 sitting there. I've been skydiving other places and I was there and out within 45 minutes.

Best experience ever, best place to skydive, the instructors are very good. They made me feel welcomed. Luciano was my instructor super funny and very good at skydiving. Definitely I'll go back
