This place has closed but the chef has moved to a new location with a new name, My F**king Restaurant. The meal was a cut above the usual tapas place with interesting twists on the classics: chick peas in the patatas bravas, lamb smoked at the table with herbs, deconstructed cheese cake/panna cotta etc. Every dish was excellent and we were able to cover a good portion of the menu with our table of eight. We got to sit downstairs by the kitchen and chatted with the chefs; we asked about the name (opening the place was a major pain in the rear and the name reflects the angst). The restaurant is in an interesting neighborhood with some compelling graffiti art. A great experience and a fabulous meal.

Delicious tapas, and great service. Highly recommended if you're in the Gothic Quarter. We just spent the whole day traveling, and we were starving! We tried a lot of dishes, and loved all of them. I barely took pictures because they were gone as soon as they hit the bar.

Great tapas, great service. Popped in here during my first night in Barcelona after reading reviews on Google and yelp. Had some of the best food I've ever had and enjoyed a great conversation with both the chef, the bartender/server and someone who I assumed is a manager but was serving as well. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home and very well cared for. Recommend this cozy little place to the max!
