Teddy’s burgers has really gone downhill, the University location is now filthy and the service is slow. The people working seemed confused with how to put orders in the computer and the bathroom was in serious need of cleaning. What a shame. This has been a great burger spot for years.

Great experience love this place went there on the last night had to go back the next morning for one for the road, Burger. I got to take with me back to Florida. And of course Blake made the experience that much better thank you Blake. That morning for the one for the road trip back to reality Cyrus and Julie 4 most helpful and bringing us back to reality . We will be back .

Firstly, I ordered The Hangover and it was a great combination of ingredients. The buns were cold and the pastrami was kinda shoved on in a clunk which made it difficult to hold the burger together. Compared with the disappointing burgers my friends purchased, it was pretty good. Having said that, the overall experience was disgraceful and I have no idea why this place was recommended. We got there for opening, and there was a line of about 12 people. Craig on the register functioning in slow motion, like a zombie. And I'm not exaggerating. He clearly had no interest in being there considering his mono face, lack of communication, and general manner. Someone ought to...I don't know..manage the "restaurant" maybe?

The burgers are the best around. The Big is pretty filling so be careful when you order. Go to the location on Beretania St. Much cleaner and great staff.

In Hawaii, and perhaps many other places, this is the best all-around American-style burger. The burger is rich in taste and perfectly juicy and comes in three sizes. If you're more adventurous, there are several tasty variations on the classic burger, the Kailua burger with mushrooms and teriyaki sauce, is my favorite. The shakes, of which there is a monthly special, are so thick you should grab a spoon while you're at the condiments area getting your catsup and napkins (get plenty of both). Top tip: when they are busy, it can take 20 minutes to get your order do you should probably call in your order.

I got a fairly basic burger. It was juicy and delicious. They have a lettuce wrap option so this place is low carb/keto friendly if you're craving a burger. If you're not restricted in your diet the burger menu is quite extensive.

Great burgers, a little pricey though. Far better than fast food burgers. I had their big size burger with fries and a drink. I'm still feeling full after a free hours. They have the Coke fountain with all the different flavors in it too. Parking is not too bad, but watch it for the cars coming out of the Don Quiote parking lot. I almost got cleaned out leaving. Oh, speaking of parking read the signs and make sure you're not in a reserved stall during the hours posted.

I'm a huge fan of Teddy's and come often when I'm on Oahu. This location had delicious food (as expected) but the overall experience was wonderful. The customer service was very friendly and fast. My shake was in my hand before I left the counter! My food was brought to my table by a pleasant and helpful employee who made sure we were satisfied and brought us anything we needed. They were busy but didn't make me feel rushed or unwelcome at all. All my wants and needs were met here. Thanks everyone for a great evening!

Super hard to find a place that my kids would like to eat. I love Teddy's, but if my kids like it here then the 5 stars definitely comes out strong. I confess, I hyped it up to my kids on the way there saying, the fries is better than Mickey D's, the burgers are delicious, and the soda fountain can serve many different flavors of your favorite drink, and I didn't even mention the creamy rich ice cream. So, we have now found a new go to for the kids to enjoy. Thanks Teddy's! Keep it up.

Heard about from a local. Great food. Awesome customer service. Food may take a little longer to arive than a fast food place, but well worth the wait. Burgers were cooked just right, fries nice and crispy. Definitely a place to visit any time you come to the island.

Good food but most impressed by the manager at the Waikiki location. So friendly and attentive- very service oriented! It was a bit pricey, but I would return simply because of the interactions I observed. Nice job!

I got a double Bacado burger and it was THE BEST burger I've ever eaten. The fries were very good and the service was excellent. Jon Jon was a great cashier and was very nice. I would give this restaurant 6/5 if I could.

Totally messed up my Uber eats order. Forgot my chicken strips and all of the selected add ons. Burger was ok! Dropped in 5 days later for another feed and was very disappointed. “All fresh made” Cold chips chicken strips are processed chicken. Burger was ok. 6/10

They were very delicious. I liked going there for the fact that they made the food fresh with your order. Nothing was sitting in the grill. I had an avocado burger. It was nice and messy. Great place for a casual date. The people were nice and professional from start to finish. Definitely would recommend to anyone else.
