Been here three times in three days. Ate breakfast and dinner here. VERY BUSY on Friday nights. Gave buzzers that worked well and plenty of pretty places to wait. Limited menu, but Hubs and I usually order two items each off the Pupu menu. Bleu cheese salad dressing is among the best I've had. Poke nachos HUGE - more than enough to split. Breakfast menu is diverse and reasonably priced. Dinner service a little slow, but two of the waitstaff were new and in training. This restaurant is perhaps one of the best values in Waikiki.

Husband and I went there for dinner. Waited 15 minutes just to have someone come ask if we had been waited on. Waiter very nice would not tell us his name because he knew I was not happy. We both ordered steak. When it came out my husband ordered Med it was well done and he had to cut it with a butter knife. Mine had so much fat on it wasted half the steak. My husband is not a complainer of any kind, he said that was the worst steak he had ever eaten. Meal was $75. May want to think twice before eating dinner there!!!!

Superb. Got the crab cake sandwich and it was one of the best crab cakes I've ever had! Husband had the red velvet pancakes, which were to die for. Great location, friendly staff, delicious food. Couldn't ask for more!

While approaching the front counter I got dirty looks from the gentleman to the right of the counter. It immediately put me on edge and made me super uncomfortable. The gentleman greeting me from behind the counter was pleasant enough but he informed me they do not do takeouts on the weekend. Which is rather inconvenient because all I wanted to do was have some of their food for the first time in the peace of my room. I say thank you and give the counter a smack (not a super hard one) and start to walk away. From behind me I hear another harder than my counter smack mocking me!! I just kept walking not turning around to give them that satisfaction. Given the other reviews on the rude staff and bad service I am not surprised. Having been a food service and hospitality veteran of 15 years I was not to impressed. Its too bad because the food looked really good too. What a waste.
