Just the mere fact that I could eat abalone (till my heart's content) for under $20 US should have been good enough. I was really impressed with the tenderness of the poke bowl. Each slide practically melted in my mouth. I also had the miso soup which yielded 4 smaller abalone - around the average sized topshell. I also had the butter garlic abalone which I believe may have been baked. All in all I had as wonderful lunch and got a quick education on the aquaculture farm out in Kona. Although the abalone are a little smaller than I am used to, in my opinion the quality is actually very good. The reasons being their ability to control conditions, with a huge bonus for sustainability​. Lastly, the staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my queries.
