Friendly staff. The food was good but some pieces had too much wasabi. Food came out very fast too. Right next to a gentlemen's club, in case that deters people.

Located between two adult dance clubs in a not-so-safe neighborhood. Dry close to the convention center is this gem of a Japanese restaurant. Food was excellent (misoyaki butterfish outstanding!) including rolls, a special blue fin tuna offering, etc. Service good, not excellent, speed being the factor. Upstairs dining for groups up to 20 but the poor waitresses climb the stairs for every return to the table. I wouldn't say great for kids, but they do accommodate them.
