I am from California and Chronic Tacos was a major part of my life. When I heard it was coming to Honolulu I was really excited because I could enjoy something that I ate at least twice a week back at home. The quality of Chronic Tacos is maintained throughout all franchises except for this new location. Here are a few major issues. - During the burrito making process my food touched the hands of 8 PEOPLE along the food line. - The number of employees working makes it seem more like a party than a place of business. - When the 8th person grabbed my burrito to wrap it (after I payed and had my drink in hand) looked like she had never made a burrito before in her life! She loosely wrapped it and parts of my burrito fell apart. After pretty much rolling the mess together she didn't even fully wrap the burrito in foil. In conclusion I will not be returning here until they learn how to make a burrito.
