The staff is really nice, friendly and quick however it's possibly the worst "Italian" food I've ever had in my life. My husband got chicken carbonara and it was in what tasted like a white cinnamon sauce. I literally spit it out when I tasted it. Also the room we were in was so filithy it was beyond belief. I mean it was off the charts. The floor is industrial looking cement but w a build up of filth, there is black and brown filth all the way up the base boards. They must not have cleaned in years it's actually shocking. I didn't want to place my purse in the floor.

food is really bad and way overpriced for the quality. I got DIARRHEA next morning. and when we ordered the desert, they DIDN'T give us FRESH one from the display, we were given some leftovers. That's pretty darn low.

First and last time. Despite of the service which was fairly good and gentle waiter, I was unpleasant with the Japanese old ladies (owner/Manager)at the cashier who didn't care about smiling and be grateful to their clients.
