The sushi is so fresh and so good, but the service is also really fast and the staff is very polite and friendly. Try the squid pancake, you won't regret it!

This place was fairly good. Friendly staff, some good food. However, the food items we picked weren't as good as I had hoped. The spicy garlic tuna special roll had a lot of crunch that destroyed the texture and definitely had a lot of garlic, so be warned! The yaki tori was really good and definitely something I recommend. We also had sushi omelet which was sweet and more dessert-y if anything. The salmon sushi was seemingly buttery but otherwise good. We also tried the Serrano pepper ahi poke which was really good! One of the better poke items I've had in Oahu. So with all being said, it was a solid 4 stars, but after we intended to get the check, it took around 20 minutes to get their attention and get them to ring us up. Unbelievably slow. Mind you, this was lunch time and they were nowhere near capacity. Perhaps it's a nice place to go if you really have no rush, but we intended to leave soon and they took quite a long time to finally let us pay. Otherwise, I decent experience. I think if you know what food is good and what is not, it would be a better experience and more in the 4-5 star range. But, if you're just visiting, it's a little harder to tell (they have a huge varied menu).
