Nice and seemingly clean establishment with friendly staff!!! Panang curry has actual peanuts in it i can taste the crunch! The flavor is a bit bland but that's standard around Hawaii. They don't seem to put enough herbs like Kaffir leaves, galangal, lemongrass in their curries. I guess I have to look up Thai curry paste recipe to make my own if I want the bursting flavor. Sadly, not everyone in the west can adjust to the amount of heat and seasoning in Thai food. I think authentic Thai food can be too spicy for me to handle. But the watered down American version is too far on the other end of the spectrum (bland) for me. Clams with curry are great except they over salt it. I am sure it is a mistake that day as other dishes I tried has normal amount of salt in there. My favorite curry in the island still goes to To Thai For in Kaimuki but Malee thai is a good place for the clams and ong choy

Sent some friends to order and pick up . It is the greatest Thai food I ever ate. I will recommend to all my friends to take that special someone there for dates.

Nice hostess and waitress as we got their near closing time and they seemed fine with that. However, they kept getting our order wrong. When one dish finally came it tasted like it was made with rancid oil. They tried to remake but if was the same. Eventually we just payed and left. The other order they made to go but upon inspection it had an odd odor. Just threw it away. I hate giving bad reviews I just don't want people to get sick.
