place has homeless staf infected people working making the food ,trust me I worked there ,if you complain about you don't like the taste they will send you more food for free just ask to talk to the owner Ken if they don't give you free food right away, they love yo give away food for free

Places my order on my android and entered the estimated pick up time at store. I was given a notification that was in process, 2nd notification that my pie was being made. I walked in and it was already boxed to go!

Online is so cute shows when our pizza goes into the oven. I love when I have called to place order it was easy and my order was made right away. Online is also very easy to place order, Keeamoku is the best because I love their hand tossed pizza crispy and so yummy :p My favorite pizza place

I’m trying to order thru phone with George. Since I received a discount from Dominos Fort Shafter I wanted to try the promos that they sent me. Of course, I never try ordering promos before that’s why I wanted to ask what’s the inclusions for that pizza. George told me dollar fifty for every toppings and and I understand that. Since I wanted to have some more toppings on my order, George feels irritated and hang up the phone. I keep on calling back and he still hung up the phone. This is not acceptable of his attitude towards the costumers and I’m willing to pay for extra as long I’m satisfied with his service. I called again the number and looking for the manager but George pretending he’s not the one whom I spoke earlier and he hung up the phone again. He’s totally RUDE and arrogant costumer service. I called for the last time and Godfrey answered the phone and he politely told me that the manager is not around. I’m not going to stop this until George says Sorry of what attitude he did to me. Sorry, I not mean but I don’t like the way he treated me as a customer. I ended up ordering online with my personalized pizza and cost me around $50.00. Thanks Godfrey for delivering my food.

Didn't get my order right, and wouldnt make it right or even offer to fix it. Lost my business for good, i spent a lot with Dominoes over the years. Really sucks. Why would i want dipping sauce and no kickers?

This place is kind of "old school" with the red booth sit down environment. But the pizza is Ono!! No need be shame here. Usually a feel good movie or a sporting event is playing on the screens. They have a cute chalkboard for the Keiki in all of us. I usually get Pan crusted pizza- a great deal for lunch! Thank you Domino's.

took an hour for first delivery. delivered wrong pizza. 3 hours later, new one showed up. service on phone was ridiculous. sassy and rude.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen order pizza waited for ever and they told us we called the wrong place after we gave an address and everything never would buy from them again they have rude people working for them

Placed a good size order, added extra sauce and icing and paid for it. Picked up order and no sauce or icing whatsoever. 1 star for accuracy and the fact that I never got the sauce or icing I paid for, my opinion, very well deserved. Next time it happens, I will be one of the irate customers who come in if they forget stuff I paid for because it is theft. This order was placed 2017, I just take my sweet time giving reviews.

Great pizza, really nice people, kind to a few older folks having a difficult time ordering. I ate in and, though there's no formal table service, the person at the counter brought me my pizza. Sometimes it's the little things.
