If you go to the Mayan Palace Resort and want to have good food for a fair price especially at a Resort then I highly recommend to go to Balche they are awesome. No reservation needed, the servers are great, clean, they serve breakfast buffet and restaurant lunch and dinner. My servers during my honeymoon trip has been Fernando, Cristian, and Edgar. They provided fantastic service. I am going to miss them and this restaurant.

Excellent breakfast buffet by the terrace, even you can enjoy a cigarette after breakfast with a good cup of coffee

Food was not very good at all... I ordered the steak fajitas plate. 95% veggies, 5% meat, might as will have called it a veggie plate. Pretty sad The Maya Wrap was very sad as will.
