A hidden gem. Best meal of our lives! Amazing staff, polite and knowledgeable. We had the Portuguese taster menu with wine paring which was well worth the money! Great atmosphere but could be a little cooler inside.

We dined at OPaparico in April 2017 and it was the highlight meal of our trip in Portugal. The atmosphere is wonderful with it's old beams, antiques and stone floors. The table settings are first class and the staff makes you feel you are a special guest for the evening. How this lovely restaurant has not received a Michelin star is beyond me. The food is not only incredible but beautifully presented in the most creative ways. My mother in-law was so taken with their sourdough bread that the chef came to our table to tell her how to make it. The wine list is also amazing and the sommelier does a great job pairing each course. I feel sure you will enjoy an evening at O Paparico. Make sure you have reservations as it is a small restaurant.
