The museam is great! It's a little smaller than some I've been too but it has a lot of really cool stuff packed inside and out. Not too expensive either. If you live in the area the yearly membership is 100% worth it as you can see all the really cool exhibits they alternate

With most of the gallery closed due to renovations, we were only able to view one exhibition. Earlier this year my associate membership was canceled because the museum decided that people who drive 150 miles a couple of times a year is not worth it to them. I'm exceptionally disappointed with the change and will not go back to the museum anytime in the near future. I wrote a comment letter to the staff at the museum over a week ago and still have not heard anything back from the museum staff. I'm an art enthusiast and appreciated the associate membership program. All I expected was a simple call or email, but I guess that I am not worthy of such a simple request.

Extremely unhappy with my latest visit to the High. Most of the museum was closed for renovations....they were not clear about that when we purchased our tickets...our first time back in 4 years. I could not see the folk art collection, and the the 2 featured exhibits were Winnie the Pooh and pictures of the Atlanta Airport. I do not consider these on their own to be the calibre I expect from the High. They need to have a large sign detailing all the closures during their renovations. I like giving my money to museums, but I don't care for this obfuscation.
