Worst experience ever ! Have no option to give zero stars so gave them one star. The ac in our room did not work, so we were moved to another room which had the same problem. Were moved to a new room again which had leakage in the restroom - which ended up flooding. Think before you book @ this resort.

Excellent staff. Some slight niggles about cleaning but overall rooms clean and fresh. Beds are sumptuous. Tv in room awkward to operate. Good variety of foods and drink. Had problem with security alarm going off. Too much effort getting it fixed. After queuing at front desk, they send you to guest services who then keep you waiting for ages whilst they get in touch with external maintenance. Considering 5* rating not left feeling that they were eager enough to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
