The food was good, as was the staff. However, they accidentally charged us twice. When we went back the next day we were treated very rudely by the manager. She seemed to have a problem acknowledging that it was their problem at first, even though we showed her the double transactions on an iPad. When she finally counted her receipts from the previous day, she claimed her numbers were off by € 35, a far cry from our € 85 bill, and acted as if that was our problem, not hers. At this point, we left and cancelled the charges through our bank. Great staff otherwise, but management leaves A LOT to be desired; no sense of customer service and her staff seemed scared of her. Will not be returning, and will advice anyone from going there.

I liked the place. Food is ok or good, it's not overwhelming but much better than many other italian style restaurants. Staff was VERY nice. Because i had to wait half an hour as single guest, the barman offered me a glass of whine - a very nice gesture and then they gave me a normal large table, for once no discrimination of a single guest, and this on a very busy saturday night. The waitresses work hard and fast and always with a friendly smile. I'd come back.

We choose pizza and it was very thin with nothing of tomato souce. A shame for an italian pizza. The service was ok, not good not bad, they just did their job.

The tortellini Caprese is great. The pizza's were OK. Toppings were fine. We didn't like the bottom part. This was very thin, not like the normal Italian pizza. More like a Turkish pizza, not our style.
