We decided to check the patisseries and it was a good choice. I loved the lemon pie which was mad perfectly and the brownies was very good too. If you like a nice dessert it's a great place.

not worth the price! drinks are nice. ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom ...mushroom was cold did not eat...no butter with bread given...save ur money go elsewhere

First time in Madrid. Took my kids here for a late breakfast. Home pancakes are awesome, and kids loved it. Great friendly service.

The service is inexistant. I arrived before 2 groups of Spanish that sat next to me on the big table downstairs. I was alone, they were 2 groups of 5. Their order was taken and partly served. The waiters didn't bother to take mine. I waited 15 min looking at them for attention. Then left. Went to the take away counter, waited 10 min at the counter for the waitress to look at me. Hire more people or expect your customers to leave!

Food is good, but service is horrible. One time we went, got ignored for 5 minutes, then assigned a table, ignored again. We just left to go somewhere else. Even though the food is good, it's expensive so not worth the experience.

Was understaffed and very poor service three times we have been here. A brand like Le Pain should be doing proper capacity management. The staff does not speak English. They need to have more English speaking staff. Scrambled eggs- poor. Looks like they do not read the reviews as there is a lot of feedback on slowness of service and no action has been taken. Not sure if we will come again.

Una cafetería bastante buena en una zona muy buena de la ciudad. Los camareros son bastante buenos, como siempre hay algún día que pueden tardar más, pero en general son rápidos (y además agradables, algo que no sé por qué se ve cada vez menos). La comida está bastante bien, como en casi todos los LPQ. Anímense a tomar algo en la terraza, una auténtica delicia. Mi único pero para no ponerle 5 estrellas es el precio, que exigiría un servicio excelente y no bastante bueno. Aún así lo recomiendo sin duda, merece la pena.

Service was OK. Food taste was good. However what is unacceptable is a rotten raspberry on top of the cake. Such a bakery chain selling cakes at auch prices must have quality control in place never to let such things happen.

In their country of origin, Belgium, this bakery chain is very good, but here in Spain, is a disaster. Especially in Calle Serrano branch, it’s a complete mess. Salad leaves are no longer fresh. Pieces of clear plastic wrap inside the scone. Services are very slow and not well organised.

We had a chicken salad, Tandori chicken with Quinoa, and the soup of the day. For deserts we had the apple pie and the chocolate brownie. The food was good, the service was great, the deserts were awesome!!

Amazing, delicious place and perfect location. We had an amazing and tasty brunch, with great lemonade, tea and coffee. The food is delicious, fresh, light and healthy, there's even an amazing vegan brunch which tastes heavenly. The service could be improved a bit, and in my opinion, it's a little pricey.

Cafetería muy agradable y moderna, muy cómoda para reuniones o trabajos puntuales. buen sitio para quedar. a veces el servicio es un poco aspero pero la calidad es muy buena, se aparca regular en la zona, mejor transporte publico. de precio esta de la media hacia arriba.
