The atmosphere is nice, staff is friendly. The food is reasonably priced. The dishes are presented in an appetizing and artistic manner. They have packed with flavor and mild flavor too.

We're a long-time fan of Kabuki's. Whenever we have family events or "just because" outings, we choose Kabuki's.Their food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is great. Here's a special bonus: if you go there often, it would be worth it to join their points program. After you've earned 500 points, you get $25 off on your next meal! That's a win for us. They have two locations that we visit: the one on Vine and the other in Howard Hughes Plaza. Both are terrific!

Now if you show up dressed in a Hugo Boss suit to convince them you are a professional food critic by taking pictures of the food with a great deal of attention, you get incredible service! I asked the waiter how the soft shell crab compared with others I would be sampling around town, he assured me that they would by far be the best. They came through on that one big time, with almost instant service. When I showed up dressed like a bum about a month later, not taking any pictures, I got the same great food but, with much slower service.

Horrible experience, our waiter did not care enough to check on us. He was not engaged and can care less, I asked for my edamame to be warm instead it was ice cold. After the bus boy brought our soup out, I was ready to order but my waiter was nowhere to be in sight. After 15 minutes of just sitting there I finally got my order in, waiter was rude and tried to walk away in the middle of my order. I had to remind him that I was not done ordering, I saw my food sitting on top of the bar with the waiter walking by it a few times, I pointed out to the bus boy that if that was our order that was ready, sure enough it was and he brought it to our table. I wanted to add an extra dish I had to order from the bus boy because my waiter was nowhere in sight. I ran out of ginger so i started looking around for my waiter's attention, I ran out of patience and stood up and walked to the bar and then I was told that they would bring it out to me waited another 5 minutes and again it was my bus boy who delivered our plate. Towards the end of our meal my waiter mysteriously appeared and asked if we were okay. I looked at him and simply asked for our check, I would not be returning to this location, the fish was not great and it was well over priced with bad customer service. My genuine rate of this place is an F-

Outstanding sushi and a great menu this restaurant is high skill with a delicious Asian food. This food arrived quickly in about 15-20 minutes the whole sushi menu we have order was on the table. The staff was very nice polite and recommending on the house sushi rolls. Overall great experience highly recommended

Best place to come for lunch. They got the lunch specials with that miso soup. You have them rolls to choose from and they have a HUGE selection of them too. I normally come here since my job is down the street. The inside of the restaurant is pretty big. They even have a counter top place by the bar or by the chefs. The quality of the food is very, very good.

Overpriced garbage food. Both the ingredients and the cooking are terrible. Service is standard. Look if you don't know anything about Japanese food, sure this place may be able to fool you. If you do know about Asian food, and have read my review, and still decide to go, then god help you.

The world renowned food connoisseur, Paul Denino, went undercover to your restaurant on August 24, 2017, and was blown away by the food he was given; even going as far to say whoever made his food is a culinary genius, that's a lot coming from him. He enjoyed the food, and the service; he's already gave this restaurant five stars as he believes it's truly worth the five star rating. Paul Denino recommends that you give Jason a raise as he is a culinary genius who crafted sushi so good it blown away Paul Denino who said, "I've never tasted such fine sushi before, this is by far the best sushi ever". This coming from Paul Denino means a lot, as he has had sushi from all over the world, and decides that Kabuki has the best there is. He also said his lovely waiter, Alleh, needs to be paid more as she is excellent with the customers, by far one of the best waiters. Due to Paul Denino's review of this restaurant I will be coming with my wife Enza to enjoy some of your food. I know I'll be blown away just like Mr. Denino was. Cx

I ordered a few rolls with soy paper, they came out with seaweed which was a big letdown. We didn't have much time before our show, so I just soaked those suckers in soy sauce and started choking them down with ginger pieces. I finished about 3/4 of it before the waiter came back, at which point we asked for our check and requested not to pay for the soy paper substitution since I didn't get it. She hastily grabbed my plate and had the chefs remake the whole order in about 5 minutes, didn't charge me for the soy paper or the new rolls. I basically got lunch the next day for free, they gave me a bag of ice with my to-go box. The food itself was fantastic, very tasty and reasonably priced. The wait wasn't too long, the place seemed pretty clean... the staff maybe weren't as attentive as they could have been but they were friendly and eager to help. We had to ask staff not tending to our table for a few things, but they were happy to help, we didn't get any attitude or "Let me find your server" b.s. and I appreciated that. I live in Oxnard, so I can't say I would drive to L.A. just to eat here, but if I'm ever nearby again I'd totally go back, hopefully with more time to relax and enjoy the food more.

Decent dim sum, but not anything special. The service is very good and friendly. It's a good sized restaurant. I didn't anything off the menu just dim sum.

Came here with a group of four on a Saturday night and waited no more than a few minutes for a table to open up. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back.
