This place is a hype. Actual food quality wasn't bad but below the expectation. Crawfishes are tiny tiny. Oysters is overly chewy and some have sand in it. The only thing we enjoyed is their shrimp.

1st of all let me say this place impressed me so much that I gave them a $100 tip. I have a severe allergy to black pepper and when I explain that to them they made my food separate from where they cook the normal food which has pepper all over it. They told me it was because their customers matters them. I told them that was rare to hear anymore. And their food was phenomenal.

Ordered a Blue Moon beer, came without an orange slice, sent it back. Two restaurant employees were within 5 ft of the table took several attempts to get their attention to place our order. Ordered 1/2 dozen oysters, they never came. Wife ordered King Crab, her order was fine. I ordered Snow Crab, King Crab came instead. When I asked the supervisor who took our order she argued saying that's not what I heard. She never wrote anything down so no wonder she made mistakes. Our actual server was kind and helpful. She opened all the crab legs for both of us. Still, we won't be back.

I love coming here so much. The food here tastes really really good. I always get shrimp with the whole chabang ;) my favourite! And if you want to come back here again please keep the receipt, and do a survey on their website, you’ll get a free small appetizer next time (when you order more than $15) which is really good one! I got this small fried calamari for free, and it tastes awesome.

Love this place! It has a decent amount of seating and really tasty steamed seafood. My favorite is a 1lb of shrimp, which comes with salt, pepper, and lemon/lime. Their Cajun and lemon pepper fries are delicious too.

I love this place. When I first came here I was not sure what to expect. However, the Alaskan crab legs were something I will never forget. It gets really really expensive for what it is however. If you are feeling adventurous like I was, give this place a try!

Way cleaner then the LA branch. Food is super good and the servers are really friendly. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is there isn't much options for those who don't like seafood. The sausage is alright, but wish there was a couple other options. Expect to pay around 30$ lb for king crab. Fries 4$ half corn on the cob 1.25$ sausage 9$ lb

Parking is iffy,with metered parking surrounding this restaurant,it might take several minutes to find parking. The food is beyond excellent and the staff is professional and friendly. You can't go wrong going here for a delicious bite!

I haven't visited a BC is about 2-3 years because the quality went completely down. Even had to ask for extra sauce which was an additional charge.VISITED this location and now I'm back in love. Not only was the food superb, the freaking customer service was OUTSTANDING! There wasn't a super long wait, the server was extremely honest with his recommendations and catered to the kids. I can't wait to go back to this location!

Staff could use more training on customer service. The food is good I expected it to be spicy and nothing so I ordered more XXL and not spicy. I'm disappointed. They took forever to bring my drinks.

Amazing food and very fresh! The raw oysters are juicy and huge! The king crab was seasoned to perfection. Try the fried mushrooms before your meal as it is a great compliment to everything. Oh and the shrimp sand the best corn on the cob ever is always the main course. Staff is friendly and music is great. Was seated instantly unlike the Westwood and the Vermont locations. Extremely satisfied and can't wait to return!

My friend recommend this place while on our visit to Los Angeles, CA and we were not disappointed. There's lots of fresh seafood options here, from poke bowls, fish or shrimp and chips, tacos, and way more. My friend and I both got the roasted veggies with rice and salmon. After a long day of walking from Los Angeles, CA Pier to Venice Beach and back, it was the perfect, light, healthy meal to end the day with. And it's quite affordable too! Would definitely come back!

The service was excellent the waiters would often appear to ask if we wanted anything else. The food was delicious I didnt want to leave so took some to go.
