Great coffee and tea here, especially their seasonal options! Food and shop are indie, down-to-earth items and the entire vibe screams Portland with a twirl of wood-clad furniture and eastern patched umbrellas. Parking a bit limited on the street so recommend biki or the several storied structure. Seating also packed during peak hours before 9 and between 12-2.
