A bit price but worth every penny. Went to Ruth Chris for my anniversary. Staff made the evening so special. Staff stopped by our table to wish us a happy anniversary. We had complementary champagne and their signature flaming strawberries for dessert. A must try!

Great steak prepared to your liking. Easy parking at Restaurant Row. Get ticket validated and parking is free at night. Other menu choices. Ambience is a bit too Stark and feels plastic but many will enjoy it. Have eaten there a few times over the years and never disappointed by food or service.

We have always loved going to Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Honolulu to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.The food is always fantastic and the service is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and attentive.We always order the same thing - The Cowboy Rib Eye, Shoestring potatoes, crab cakes, and crab filled mushroom. The rib eye was delicious, melts in your mouth, but had too much fat. The shoestring potatoes were over salted and over peppered and soggy , been standing too long. Other than those, everything was great. We got our free birthday dessert, that was very pretty. And the best part is they gave us a birthday gift - a gift card for $20. to be used for our next date. Will we go back? Absolutely! We love this restaurant. It's a tradition that we will keep.

Food was fantastic as expected and advertised. Only wish our server was a little more on it because the beer drinkers in our party of 8 had empty glasses for more then 5 minutes several times during our 1.5 hours of dining and celebration. Recommend the calamari appetizer, delicious, and the steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered. Really appreciate that as there is nothing more satisfying then a perfectly cooked aged steak...

Absolutely amazing food. Of course you get what you pay for though as this place is rather expensive. Worth every penny! I had a ribeye and the sweet potato casserole and everything was perfect!

A great place with helpful staff and delicious meals. The steak (particularly Petite Filet) is a true pleasure! The crabs are beautifully served and taste great... Even the bread with butter is enormously tasty :). If you celebrate your birthday here, you will also get a chance to enjoy champagne & a strawberry flambé ;) I would highly recommend this place, at least for a special occasion.

Had a wonderful evening here. Our waiter, Shannon, was awesome. Steaks were cooked perfectly, however the lobster tail was way overcooked and it took some time to receive our entrees, which is why I leave 4 stars. I would definitely come back on our next trip to Oahu!

Ambience and service are worth 5 stars, they take your name at the entrance and address you all the way. Low lighting is perfect for romantic celebrations and they have rose petals scattered around the table for you. Servers will offer to take photos for you, provide complimentary water etc. However the New York strip steak ($59) was rather tough (granted I ordered medium well) and too thick for my liking. It was also charred at the edges but I do like it’s smokiness. Steak was served with hot plate and butter on it, which is a very good touch and makes my dining experience much better. I love their grilled asparagus ($14) though. Well cooked with the bbq taste in it. The cocktails are good, $10-$14, strong in alcohol and flavour. Saw someone ordering a flaming dessert which is cool! Overall for the price tag, it’s too expensive for steaks like what we got.

The resteraunt was really nice. The waiter was extremely nice too. But the biggest problem I had with this place was the food. I spent 175 on the tomahawk steak. Had it cooked medium. For a 175 dollar steak I expected the steak to be cooked to perfection. But it was very rubbery and the fat was very tough to eat. Because of the price of the steak I expected more out of a "steak house"

service was adequate, but my ribeye was, hmmm, grisly and very, very fatty. too, too fatty. every bite was never completely chewed because of the hugh amount of grisly fat. not good. noisy. better options available.

Worst Customer service every experienced. Was told to arrive at 9:45pm and the kitchen closes at 10pm. The person taking reservation should give the customer and option as well as let the customer know. Which wasn't done! Once we arrived we were told we can't be seated. Why would you schedule an reservation at 9:45pm. Place doesn't care for there customer. Staff and manager didn't even care. Don't go. Could only imagine to service and food at this place.

Food was excellent. I would of have given a 5 star rating if i wasn't lied to. I left my wallet on the table and when I realized i didn't have it, I called the resturant. I was put on hold while the person who took my call supposedly went to check. She told me "no one turned it in and there was nothing there". By chance I decided to call my friends who I dined with hoping they got it. Yes, they were there, they got my wallet after telling them I forgot it. It was on the table right where I left it. Unfortunately no staff came out to check if my wallet there. NO staff yet I was told there was nothing there. It's customer service that brings people back. I was making plans for a date night with my husband but not anymore. I called back and all she said was I'm sorry. Happened 8/10/17. Yes I understand it was my mishap for leaving my wallet. Luckily my friends were there. I just can't.. flat out lied to about it.

Wow ! We have Dined throughout The Hawaiian islands fir 21 years..Kevin, Mitch and Lawrence where the most exceptional Bartenders & Foodservice professionals we have seen in many many years! Not only was a service spot on they ran the bar with a ☆☆☆☆☆ professional Aloha attitude! Kevin immediately approached us and let us know that there is a spot on the bar opening up within 15 minutes because we were short one seat and when open up he was immediately attentive and told he was ready to relocate us. Mitch and Lawrence also Were seamless Team members whom made our experience priceless! Wewill come back here every time we are in Waikiki

I came in tonight with my dear friend. I recently lost my soon to be husband due to heart failure and a stroke in his brain at Stanford Medical due to surgery complications from having his descending aorta anyrsm repaired. I just flew back yesterday afternoon and am still in shock and disbelief. Most of all, heartbroken. I haven't eaten in a week and a half and went from weighing 124 to 109. This was the first meal I had in two weeks. The hospitality by our waitress Tirtha, the waiters, and the very kind manager made me want to try and eat a little bit. Thank you all for a wonderful, and tasty meal. Most importantly, thank you for your sensitivity and care. God really does put angels in your life, just when you need them.

Great like always. David was an awesome attentive waiter. The steak was spot on. I had the ribeye my hubby had the fillet. Nice size and so tender. The staff is friendly the atmosphere is comfortable. You can't go wrong here.
