I ordered through the mobile app. and the order did not go through. So, I used the kiosk and it stated to see the cashier. The cashier made me wait twenty minutes before decideding to help me. I decided to leave after not being help in an appropriate time frame. I never went back, they have bad customer service skills including their managers.

Nice young man explained pricing on chicken mcnuggets ($5.00 for 20 pieces). They were fast as I had a large order of 80 pieces mcnuggets, 15 cheese burgers and 10 large fries; all for about $75. Very modern and new McDonald's with large touchscreens for ordering if you wanted to. You could also place order with someone.

McDonald's is very clean has modernize them self and they're always very welcoming it's a fast food place so that's exactly what you get in food wise but they do have some salads and things like that and the coffee is really good

You know, for some reason this McDonald's was so darn satisfying. -a tasty Big Mac was welcomed friend after all the other fancy places. Honestly, there Kona blend of coffee was a needed pick me up to get us ready for the long flight home. Mahalo!

Alright let's not kid ourselves, you came to McDonald's because you either needed some kind of sustenance at 2 in the morning or you really just didn't have any other option because you were too lazy to make yourself a breakfast when you got up this morning and an egg McMuffin is the best that you're going to do now that you have already chocked today up as a loss. You really don't need a second Egg McMuffin but tell if anybody's going to stop you from ordering one because you're an adult and you make choices in your life. But that extra 600 calories isn't doing those choices any favors

Fairly busy location. Offers self ordering kiosks which is great. However the wait for the food is a bit long during rush hours. No bathrooms

Service was slow, the A/C was out so it was hot, coffee frappe machine was out, and they don't even have a restroom. At least the food was good.

Kaimuki one is under renovations so only drive thru. Long wait at lunch time. Love the app, need to learn the best way to use it.

Better then most Mcd's. Fast friendly BUT THE END OF THE drive through needs a mirror so we can see people coming from longs as it is kind of a blind corner. 6 feet is not enough time for running kids vs a car that just accelerated.

Their breakfasts are decent. Local deluxe platter is good. Scrambled eggs, three pieces Portuguese sausage, two slices spam, and a lot of rice gives 960 calories. With a large diet Coke it costs $7.63. Not a bad deal.

Awesome service fries hot and crisp. Not pass the exploration time of 4min. Yes Mceedz does has a "exploration date" or time on how long after those fries come out of the fryer, till they expire... and let's get real the burgers are alright, unless your addicted to the "Big Mac" ,but lets get serious the fries are the real reason we go to McDonalds...

As far McDonald's goes, this location is typical. Nothing special. It's got a pretty small parking lot though. The drive thru employees are in the habit of pulling people to the side even if there is no one behind you. Usually a tactic to get thier drive thru times lowered.

Was going in for an ice cream cone & a drink. Lines were so long. Only had 1 cashier, and the line manager filling & bagging the orders. Took at least 25 mins., to get my order. Customers with more ordered....were still waiting for their food. One customer asked when her order would be ready, due to her being on her lunch hour. It was crazy. The line to the drive thru was just as crazy. Not a good day at this McDonald's!!! Alot of employees must not have shown up that day.

The new playground is very nice for the kids. Fast and friendly customer service. But the men's restroom is really run down and smells.
