We waited months for the reopening and were completely disappointed with the new 100 Sails Sunday brunch. We have been coming to the Prince Court (now 100 Sails) for over 10 years and will not be coming back. Much of the food available at the Sunday brunch previously is no longer served and the food choices have been reduced across the board. The sushi chef is no longer a part of the brunch offerings, the waffle station is gone, the salad station has been reduced, the dessert choices have been reduced, and the cook-to-order omelettes came out like scrambled eggs. The price has also been raised significantly to $55/adult and $27.50/child. The layout of the seating and tables is also not well thought out. It was challenging for us to squeeze through other tables to get from our table to the food area and I even had to move a sofa to get around other guests. It is a large space and considering about 75% of the seating was vacant it would have been great if more though was put into the seating arrangement. The ONLY positive was the staff. Our hostess Ekini was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to provide as positive an experience as possible for our party and even had a sushi chef make us some hand rolls after finding out the regular sushi chef had been removed from the Sunday brunch. Our wait staff were all very friendly, attentive, and polite. After frequenting Hawaii Prince for Sunday brunch for over a decade we are sad to see what the renovation has resulted in and will be taking our business elsewhere.
