Want some great chowda while being all touristy? You can either grab a bowl on the street, or head over to the Blue Mermaid, sit down and enjoy a fine meal.

A lot of fuss for what? Staying at the Argonaut and ate here last night. Over priced and the chowder was just okay to me. I got the sampler. Two samplers, two beers and a wine was $85. Not a big deal, but food, service and atmosphere didn't justify it. I have had chowder all over the east coast, here and Seattle. Seattle is the hands down winner. Sound view cafe in Seattle. Check it out.
