Cafe Stella is a pinch of Paris in Los Angeles. Their wine list features well thought out French selections, while their cocktails are curated American choices on a deep and delightful liquor menu. There is outdoor and indoor seating, and a small smoking patio for those who wish to light up. Choose the artichoke, then the steak au poivre, follow with a cheese and honey plate, and finish it all with a fernet for the perfect evening.

I just saw a live video uploaded by Jeremy White where the owner of this place extorted a film crew. Films does your restaurant good Mr. Owner and instead you made thousands of people of Facebook hate you. Hope this teaches people like him to BE NICE!
