China Express one of our community vendors, generous in their portions, reasonable in their prices, food cooked fresh daily. This place is very small, has three booths only, take-out is best! Say, hello to the ladies behind the counter for me, they are really nice!

The food was delicious. Don't try to be an early bird and go when they're opening. Although their hours are posted, the cooks are still making food the first hour the restaurant is open. It was a little bothersome to wait for the food to be ready. I didn't leave because you can't say no to a pregnant woman. She enjoyed the food but it took a while. The staff up front is friendly but the people in the back will give you a dirty look. Haha. Either way, great place.

The number 1 place for chinese food. So good taste and quick. Been coming here, and only here for chinese food, for over 10 years. Never had better.

Very small portions. No refill on drinks. Don't go here. I don't think people in sylmar know what Chinese food is supposed to taste like. When you order the beef broccoli they add the broccoli to the meat. And they're orange chicken is hard plus it's not orange chicken. If you want real Chinese food go to Mandarin Island on Sepulveda and Devonshire now that place is the bomb

There was a hair in the food the first time i ate there, i gave them a second chance and then a huge horse fly the second time, and they will refuse to give you the money back so never again will i go there and im also calling the health department because of how they let there inployees work will they have a cough of running nose. A very nasty place

The particular food that's been served here is substandard mediocre to say the least. The service it here it's slow in dingy. Just like the shopping center itself it's not up to par but given the fact that it's in this part of town the local community doesn't seem to mind. The prices are high for the type of food that's been served here. The flavors are adequate if you're extremely hungry. The soft drinks are expensive and there is no air conditioning here. This shopping center is not safe after 6 PM so I urged caution when shopping here.
