The worst restaurant experience I have ever had! I made a reservation by phone for a table of six asking if we could have a table outside on the terrace. They confirmed on the phone, that reservations could only be made for indoors, however when arriving at the restaurant if there would be an empty table we could get it. This is totally understandable and not a problem at all, however... Once arrived at the restaurant I waited at the reception/entrance for a couple of minutes, as nobody approached me I went inside and explained that I had a reservation, and preferable about my request to have a table outside. In the meantime the rest of our reservation arrived, the waitress seemed to be in bad mood and told me to wait again at the reception/entrance. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I saw an empty table on the terrace and asked if we could take it. She sad it was her job to let me know and that I would have to be patient and not bother her until she would come back to me..... I explained her that it was just a question, as I understand she is busy and might not have seen it. She went away and came back after 5 minutes telling me that the table was ours however that I was "bad educated" for asking her... ? Myself as a hospitally professional, I understand the importance of good service. It is so simple yet the single most important thing when it comes to the service industry. We explained her that this is the worst experience we have ever had, and that we felt so bad that we decided to leave. No more Firebug for us unfortunately...
