The place is cool as they did it with typical US style. But... the attention is very bad and slow. The food have no taste, seems to be very fried and taste bad. Some food is prepared some time before to be ready and they just warm it. Really not recommended place.

Quality of food good but not tasty at all, cheese fingers not good and all sauces mixed with water, too liquid and no taste. Guacamole ok. Burrito ok too. But very nice and polite service!!

This place should either do a complete overhaul, or shut it down for good. Not only that the food isn't that great but the hostess is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNINVITING! When entering a restaurant, the host's job is to welcome their guest/s with a smile and good vibes. This hostess was extremely cold and rude, she should certainly consider another job!!! THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I VISIT this restaurant. AWFUL experience and less than okay food.

When we arrived at the place, no one came up to us, a very dismissive attitude we waited about 10 min no one came, nor did a waiter, at the end we went, did not recommend the place !!!!

Fue la primera vez que entramos a este restaurante y nos encantó el decorado, dada la situación de Halloween. Espacio amplio con muchas mesas y zonas con intimidad para ir con hijos o en pareja. La comida correcta.

Good American food to reasonable prices

MALO. Costillas secas, sobre hechas. Pedí la BBQ ribs, salsa bbq (mas bien algun tipo de ketchup) cero -poca y mala-. Dificil de comer por la sequedad de la carne. Patata asada con sabor a detergente de platos. Una decepción total, pensando que es un sitio especializado en ribs

Muy bueno. La calidad de la, comida excelente. Lo pondría a la misma altura que el Foster's Hollywood, con el que comparte bastantes platos y tiene una oferta muy parecida en general.

Una completa porquería ... nada comparado con el HARD ROCK COFFEE... las costillas de cerdo son asquerosas solo hueso y además de eso la carne para compartír para 2 que costaba 36 euros venían en un plato Super pequeño ... un total engaño, la verdad lo peor que he probado en mi vida ... no vuelvo a ir ni loca ... únicamente podría resaltar la buena atención de la camarera, muy simpática y cordial y únicamente ella por que el resto del personal muy soso y poco amable ...no vuelvo a ir en mi vida . Mil veces prefiero el HARD ROCK COFFEE eso sí es calidad .

Tiempo de espera. Colas. Precio. Ofertas. Todo mejorable. Camareros memorizan los pedidos y no es muy efectivo. La hamburguesa grande no sé si es realmente grande☔

After being seated for about 10 minutes we had to request to take our order. We ordered food and drinks, waited for about 10 minutes before our side order came by itself. By the time we finished our side order the mains turned up, this was slightly odd and defeated the point if a side order. Seeing only two members of staff rushing around not having the time to care for the guests we didn't create an issue for them. My main was incorrect and was taken away, no apology from the waitress she just picked the plate up and walked away after letting out a little shreek. Instantly, the ribs were replaced with the right ones a full rack. The ribs I ordered I chose as they had the special American sauce I was looking forward to tasting but I was dissatisfied when I saw a limited amount of sauce on one side and no sauce at all on the other, It was a tiny drizzle. The meat was extremely dry and not what I was expecting for the price paid. Then the desert came out which was a milkshake. The milkshake had no ice cream mixed in and was literally whisked milk with some peanut butter pieces at the bottom tasting undesirable and again more disappointment. After watching other people during the course of the evening standing and queuing to pay by the front door I chose to do the same. Others were also dissatisfied. On my way back from a toilet visit, I noticed 6 or so racks of ribs sitting on top of each other on the grill looking exactly like mine which would explain why my ribs were so dry and how they could instantly bring me out a new rack so quickly. Again looking around the restaurant floor, you could see many hands raised trying to get the waiters and waitresses attention. To add insult to injury the female waitress who originally served us, walked past us in her own clothes and ate a burger behind us in another section instead of helping her staff who clearly needed help. Clearly the attitude is, when you finish your shift you eat with the public and don't help out.. Again something that management need to consider about how customers and staff present themselves during busy periods. All in all its was unacceptable, disappointing and the lack of communication of how the payments works and quality of the food was why the rating is a 1 star. I would NOT recommend this restaurant in its current state.

The atmosphere is very American. I felt like I was home. I was only 80% satisfied with what I ordered but I would like to come back and try something else from the menu. There's a good selection of steak house style food as well and some Tex mex options. Overall I would recommend to a friend who needed a taste of home.
