A beautiful, special place. Check out the tours they offer, or just take a stroll on your own.

This is a beautiful place with tons of history and helpful staff. I encourage anyone interested in discovering some of Brooklyn's history to go here. Just be careful, it's easy to get lost!

You could visit Times Square on your trip to New York; you could climb the Empire State Building. why go where the crowds go? Green-Wood is a little more relaxed than either of those two, but just as interesting. See the last resting places of the famous and take in the views of Manhattan too. A short hop on the subway from the latter, it's a great excuse to get off the island.

One of the most enchanting, beautiful and eerie places I have ever visited. Take a couple of hours (alone if you can), to explore it. Feel free to bring a book with you (next time I will visit it with an Edgar Alan Poe one). I visited it in Summer. Now I really want to watch its Spring, Fall and Winter splendour.
