Very knowledgeable staff who make their tours interactive, engaging, and educational. Unlike other museums or historically oriented tours, this leaves you with a lot of blanks to fill in, which gives a greater representation of historical research, but also more personal because you're left to imagine the experiences of those who lived there. Went on the Hard Times tour. Definitely worth it to explore their bookshop while you're there!

the guides are really nice and are open to all questions . this trip is great for us history students and people who want about glided age living conditions for a majority of the population

I took the SWEATSHOP WORKERS tour and discussion. Sheyna was our guide. the your was interesting and full od knowledge about the Jewish immigration to NY city. Highly recommended.
