The main advantage of cocoa is the enzymes of happiness contained in it, as well as a large number of microelements that improve the body's resistance. The ancient Maya believed that during the ceremony, people can communicate with spirits and Gods, heal from illnesses or solve a complex life problem, we can get in touch with our personal wisdom, we connect with the love that resides in us, we get in tune with nature and the Universe. It is a way that helps us to open the body and the mind to experience the soul.
Local shamans still practice this ritual.
After this delicious experience, a purification ritual in the "house of hot stones" which has survived to our times will give the perfect ending to this day. Temazcal - An ancient ritual, guided by an Indian shaman that has always been a source of health for the people of this land.
