In this cooking class, the hosts Niccolò and Francesca will teach you tricks and secrets for crafting artful fresh egg and non-egg pasta. They will guide participants through the preparation of three distinct fresh pasta dishes, each highlighting a unique dough that will be unveiled during the class.
About your hosts Niccolò and Francesca: "Hello everyone! We are Niccolò and Francesca, a thirty-year-old couple who have moved to Milan for over 10 years. We live in Milan city, in a beautiful neighborhood called Cenisio. For us cooking is a family tradition. We love to eat, cook and above all share our dishes with friends."
