What To Expect
Massimo is a rare breed in Italy. Taking pride in his position as the latest, and perhaps sadly, the last in a long line of sailors in his family. With that said, Massimo is here to host you for an evening eating the traditional food a proud Venetian sailor would call dinner, featuring many delights from the deep. Try an ancient sardine recipe that has been around this area for millennia. Enjoy cuttlefish, grilled prawns, mackerel and as much freshly caught fish as Massimo can feed you as he hosts you in his beautiful ancient home!
