The shipwrecks are the deepest area for diving in Cancun, with a depth of 25 mts / 80 ft. These minesweepers were sunk on purpose for recreational diving and create artificial reefs.
This activity is for minimum OPEN WATER DIVERS or equivalent, SCUBA certification card required.
IMPORTANT: This area may have strong current, EXPERIENCED DIVERS required or ACTIVE DIVERS with at least 20 dives logged.
The essentials for your scuba diving service: equipment, wetsuit, national park and dock fees are included in our price.

What To Expect
When you arrive you will fill a medical statement asking about your health conditions, then you will do two tank dives, first dive in the shipwreck C-58 or C-55 and second dive in a Cancun reef.
- Check in: 1:00 p.m. - Boat departure: 2:00 p.m. and returning to dock: 5:30 p.m.
- IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- Bring your scuba certification card (plastic, digital, picture, etc)
- People with asthma, heart or brain problems, high blood pressure, lung lesions, diabetes, epilepsy, or any surgery less than 1 year are not allowed to dive.
- Keep in mind you need to rest 24 hours after diving before take an airplane.
- Bring towels, swimsuit and/or any other thing for your personal care that you think you are going to use.
- Sunscreen/sunblock are not allowed for coral protection.
- As the activity is from a boat, we suggest take anti-nauseas pills, 1 or 2 hours before getting on the boat for best effects.
